1. Introduction
Welcome to WildPeeper!
Mengye Quguan Service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is a comprehensive management service
for different types of WildPeeper service usage certificates provided by Nanjing Hemeng Information
Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "WildPeeper" or "we")
to users based on our own technology. Through this service, users can register and use various
WildPeeper service accounts within the WildPeeper business system more conveniently and efficiently.
To help you clearly understand this service, we have specially formulated this "Mengye Quguan Service
Terms and Privacy Statement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") to specifically explain the
content of this service and the instructions for the collection and use of personal information to you.
Please read this agreement carefully and completely before using this service, especially the terms such
as the conditions of use, limitations or exclusions of liability that are prominently highlighted in
bold and underlined. If you do not agree or cannot accurately understand the relevant terms, please do
not proceed with subsequent operations. Once you choose to activate or have actually used this service,
it is deemed that you have read and accepted all the contents of this agreement and are voluntarily
bound by it.
This service is a type of WildPeeper service, and this agreement is a supplement to the WildPeeper
Service Agreement. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be subject to the aforementioned
agreement or relevant rules.
Please note that for the purpose of providing you with this service, WildPeeper needs to collect and use
some of your personal information. We will provide you with a detailed explanation in the form of a
special chapter titled "Privacy Statement" in this agreement. You are not required to agree to the
privacy statement under this service, but refusing to provide certain information may affect your use of
the service. Please read carefully and make a prudent decision.
2. Privacy Statement
As a WildPeeper service, the WildPeeper Privacy Policy applies to the collection, preservation, use and
security management of your personal information involved in the service. In order to facilitate you to
clearly understand the specific conditions under the service, we hereby explain the relevant points as
follows:
2.1 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(1) When you use the WildPeeper account registration function, you need to provide us with at least your
own mobile phone number. We will verify whether your identity is valid by sending SMS verification code
to the mobile phone number; This information is necessary for this feature, and if you do not provide
it, you will not be able to complete the registration.
You can manually input the above mobile phone number and SMS verification code. In addition, you can
also choose to supplement account information or bind third-party accounts according to the use needs of
specific business functions (specific to the actual prompts on each function page). The information is
not necessary for using the service, and your denial will not affect the use of the account registration
function.
(2) When you log in with your WildPeeper account, you need to provide us with your registration
credentials, including your mobile phone number and verification code. Such information is necessary for
the login function. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to login normally.
(3) During your use of the Service, in order to identify the abnormal status of your account and ensure
the security of your account and system operation, we will directly or indirectly collect and store
relevant information generated during your use of the Service, including the following information:

Note that the individual client terminal device information, log information is information that cannot
identify the identity of a specific natural person. If it is necessary to combine such non-personal
information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or to combine it with personal
information, during the combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal
information, and we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information unless authorized by you or
otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
(4) When you use the login/register or share function, we may read the clipboard content locally (only
the activity password or share code in a certain format) to quickly fill in the information or jump to
the corresponding activity page. This process does not upload the clipboard contents to the server.
2.2 Sharing of Personal Information
In order to achieve the purpose of the service, your relevant personal information under the service will
be shared and used between the operators of each WildPeeper business application within the coverage of
the service system of the Wildpeeper; Unless otherwise stated, these operating entities are WildPeeper
affiliated entities. We will only do such sharing for specific, clear, legitimate purposes, and only
provide information that is necessary for the service.
In addition to the above, this service does not involve the provision of other forms of your personal
information.
2.3 Protect your personal information rights
WildPeeper will do its best to protect you from exercising your rights as a personal information subject.
The relevant pages of the service provide online exercise channels, you can easily exercise the
WildPeeper account personal information access, correction, deletion, access to copies of personal
information, cancel the account and other related rights.
If the above online channels cannot meet your needs, you can contact us at any time.

2.5 Others
For other content related to the collection and use of personal information that you may be concerned
about, such as the protection and preservation mechanism of your personal information, the way to
protect the personal information of minors, and how to initiate consultation or complaint to WildPeeper,
please refer to the relevant section of WildPeeper Privacy Policy. If you encounter any problems during
the use of the Service, you may also ask us for explanation and treatment at any time by sending an
email to support@smartcloudcon.com.
3. Declarations & Commitments
3.1 You acknowledge and understand that the Service is only used for lawful and legitimate purposes. You
shall ensure that you do not use the Service for any illegal, infringement or profitmaking activities,
and you shall be solely and completely responsible for your use of the Service.
3.2 You agree and abide by the "seven bottom lines" of laws and regulations, socialist system, national
interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality and information authenticity,
and do not use the Service to produce, copy, publish or disseminate any content that violates laws and
regulations, or infrings the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including
but not limited to: Publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing contents prohibited by national
laws and regulations; Publish, transmit, disseminate or store content that infringes upon other people's
rights of reputation, portrait, intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights;
Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others; Posting, transmitting or disseminating
harassing, advertising, excessive marketing or spam information or containing any sexual or sexual
innuendoes; Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs,
social morality, or interferes with WildPeeper's normal operation and infringes upon the legitimate
rights and interests of other users or third parties.
3.3 You should be aware and understand that if we find or receive complaints or reports about your
information or your use of the Service in violation of laws and regulations or this Agreement, we have
the right to independently determine your behavior and the applicable agreement and deal with it
accordingly, including immediately deleting such content, suspending or terminating the provision of
part or all of the Services to you, and requiring you to compensate for related losses; You shall also
be solely responsible for any claims made by any third party as a result of your aforementioned actions.
In addition, you should be aware and understand that in addition to the information provided by the
complainant or the complainant, our system records may also be used as relevant evidence of your
violation of the law or this Agreement. You further understand that WildPeeper will make its best legal
and reasonable efforts to judge the legality of your information and behavior in accordance with
effective laws and regulations, but does not guarantee that its judgment is completely consistent with
the judgment of the competent authorities, and WildPeeper's relevant processing cannot reduce or exempt
the liability determination or punishment of the competent authorities. The latter shall be solely and
solely your responsibility.
3.4 You understand and agree that the use of the Service or the acquisition of any information and
content through the Service is based on your independent judgment, WildPeeper may provide advice or
guidance on the use of the Service at any time does not replace your independent judgment, and should
not be construed as WildPeeper's commitment or guarantee. You shall assume all risks arising from such
conduct, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the
Content; WildPeeper cannot and will not be liable for any of this except in the event of an effective
judicial decision.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 User shall be solely responsible for any interruption or obstruction of the Service caused by User's
own reasons, including failure, improper operation of User's equipment, client software, system,
hardware and communication lines, or use of the Service by means other than authorized by WildPeeper. In
addition, WildPeeper is not liable for failure caused by force majeure such as natural disasters,
government actions or public infrastructure services such as telecom and communication network failure.
4.2 In order to meet the needs of business operation, WildPeeper may regularly or irregularly overhaul,
maintain and upgrade the WildPeeper cloud Platform support system, which may cause the Service to be
interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time. In case of such interruption, WildPeeper will make an
announcement in the relevant pages of the Service as far as possible in advance, or notify you in
advance by E-mail, short message, etc.; However, WildPeeper shall not be liable for any loss caused to
you by willful or negligent negligence of its own party.
4.3 In view of the particularity of network services and to ensure the security of service operation, you
understand and agree that WildPeeper may upgrade or adjust the Service at any time, which may lead to
changes in some functions of the Service, the old service system can no longer be used, and some
services are terminated. Or you may need to operate the relevant browser plug-in, mobile phone client
software, terminal equipment software, etc. Related upgrades or adjustments will be released in the form
of new versions of the Service, system updates, etc. You should operate in a timely manner according to
the prompts to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the inability to continue to use the service or the
instability of the service.
4.4 Based on the principle of consistency between income and compensation and fair and reasonable, if
WildPeeper unilaterally causes your service unavailability or other losses, you may obtain corresponding
compensation or compensation in accordance with the relevant laws and this Agreement, or in accordance
with the effective judicial ruling.
4.5 This agreement shall come into force as of the date of publication. WildPeeper may make adjustments
to this Agreement according to the needs of the operation of the Service. The relevant adjustments will
be notified to you in advance and take effect on the date stated in the relevant notice.
4.6 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the continued validity of
other provisions.
4.7 Once again, you confirm and declare that you have carefully read and fully understood the terms of
this Agreement, have requested and been fully explained by WildPeeper for the terms in question, and
voluntarily enter the follow-up procedure and accept the constraints of all the terms mentioned above.
